About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead a well-established store in Mandurah. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll oversee store operations, drive team performance, and deliver a great customer experience every day.

• Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching team members
• Managing stock, merchandising, and store presentation
• Using sales reports to implement strategies and drive results
• Creating effective rosters that balance team well-being and operational needs
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensuring day-to-day compliance across store operations

• Proven experience in retail management, leading teams of 8+
