The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead the charge at a brand-new store in Geraldton. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, leading your team, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and inspire a motivated team.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with company values.
• Recruit, onboard, and train team members for success.
• Manage merchandising, stock control, and visual presentation.
• Use reporting tools to drive store performance and KPIs.

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally leading teams of 8+.
