About the Role
In this highly operational leadership role, you’ll oversee a large, dynamic team, including Department Managers, Stock Managers, and Visual Merchandisers—in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. You’ll be responsible for team performance, stock levels, loss prevention, and KPIs, all while inspiring excellence on the shop floor. This is a Tuesday–Saturday roster, offering consistency while covering peak trade periods.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing large teams (20+) in a high-volume fashion environment
• Brings strong stock and inventory management expertise
• Is commercially savvy and operationally driven
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure retail setting
• Leads with energy, initiative, and a passion for fashion
