Your New Role:

As the Dual-Site Manager, you’ll lead two adjoining premium showrooms located in one of Sydney’s busiest and most design-savvy retail precincts. These are not your standard retail stores; they’re beautifully styled spaces that showcase the best in contemporary furniture, tableware, textiles and décor.

You’ll bring structure, consistency and energy to both locations, while also having the scope to shape culture, coach your team and deliver an exceptional client experience at every turn.

• Oversee the day to day operations, team performance and customer experience across two flagship showrooms under one roof
• Leading a team of design-focused, customer-driven sales consultants to deliver results and uphold brand values
• Building a team culture rooted in collaboration, creativity and accountability
• Taking a hands-on approach to clienteling, delivering a concierge-level service that builds loyalty and brand love
• Working closely with the VM and planning teams to maintain showroom standards and manage stock flow
• Reviewing and reporting on KPIs, identifying commercial opportunities and driving strategic retail outcomes

About You:

• Proven experience managing large format, premium or multi-site retail environments
• Ability to coach and lead a team while building a positive culture where people grow and flourish
• Hands-on leader who is present on the floor and focused on customer experience with a warm and commercial approach
• Background in visual merchandising, stock control and senior-level retail operations
• Genuine interest in interiors, home styling and creating beautiful in-store experiences
• Confident using sales reports to track performance and communicate results to head office
• Skilled in developing team capability through growth plans and regular performance management
