Your New Role: 

As Store Manager, you'll lead one of their flagship and busiest location in the country. You will be overseeing everything from customer service and team performance to store operations and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly, building customer trust and driving a high standard of excellence every day.

• Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver excellent service and consistent results.
• Manage store operations, including inventory control, AML compliance and daily cash handling.
• Create a positive and engaged store culture through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Support local marketing efforts and identifying growth opportunities for the business.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met with a strong focus on risk and auditing procedures.

What You'll Need To Bring: 

• Previous experience in a leadership role within retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment (2+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership qualities with a genuine passion for team development.
• Solid understanding of compliance or experience in regulated environments is a bonus.
• Confident making operational decisions, solving problems and working autonomously.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven with a natural drive for improvement.
