• Nurturing and developing a high-performing team - upskilling team members and driving their performance on a daily basis, keeping in mind fun, engaging people-focused culture
• Managing all financial operations including KPIs, finance, P&L, looking at how best to maximise GP%, lending rates & redemption rates 
• Leading by example with phenomenal customer service - driving your team to make customer-centric decisions and flourish in every interaction 
• Managing processes/compliance inline with industry specific laws

• Strong experience within complex/technical retail management
• Solid financial skills - experience/understanding of P&L, KPIs, margin, rostering etc
