About the Role We're seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead the team at Osborne Park. This hands-on role is perfect for a retail leader who’s passionate about sales, people, and creating exceptional customer experiences in a beautiful, high-ticket environment.
Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day showroom operations and deliver a welcoming, professional retail space
- Drive sales through personalised customer engagement and expert product knowledge
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to exceed targets and KPIs
- Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation to premium standards
- Coordinate promotions, product launches and local marketing initiatives
- Manage team rosters, training, and safety compliance
- Process transactions, quotes, and customer follow-ups efficiently
About You - Retail management experience (furniture, homewares, or lifestyle preferred)
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Confident and effective team leader with a passion for coaching
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-first mindset with an eye for design and presentation
- Available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
