The Role As Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a dynamic retail environment. You’ll also:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from stock and cash control to visual standards
• Lead a culture of safety, service, and accountability
• Deliver and exceed performance KPIs across sales, cost control, and compliance
• Take the initiative to identify and implement improvements that drive results
