About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee 11 retail locations across the South East and Mornington Peninsula region. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, this position offers the opportunity to step into a pivotal role, leading store teams, driving commercial results, and ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys empowering their teams to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support Store Managers across your assigned region
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring consistency in service, standards, and compliance
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement across all stores
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for performance improvement
• Partner with the central team to manage communications, compliance, and planning
• Deliver effective coaching, training, and development programs for store teams
• Foster a high-performing and collaborative culture across your area

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of multi-site retail leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage and develop large teams
• Strong commercial and operational focus
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and able to lead through growth and change
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Ideally holds tertiary qualifications in retail, business, or related fields
