General Manager – Retail

About the Role:
As General Manager - Retail, you’ll report directly to the CEO and lead a high-performing team across multi-site retail operations, merchandising, nutrition, business support, and more. You’ll drive long-term strategy, uplift performance, and lead with purpose, delivering sustainable growth and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans that grow market share and improve customer outcomes
• Lead multi-site retail operations across NT and QLD
• Drive operational efficiency and excellence in service delivery
• Lead, mentor and develop a large and diverse team of senior leaders
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L performance
• Leverage data and insights to support informed decision-making
• Foster a customer-focused, values-driven culture

About You: 
We’re looking for a commercially focused, people-first leader who can think strategically while delivering on the ground. You’ll bring:

• Proven multi-site leadership experience in large-format retail, with supermarket operations essential. 
• Expertise in operations, merchandising, inventory, and team development
• Proven success in leading transformation and delivering financial results
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• High-level critical thinking, adaptability, and resilience in a changing environment
