About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with high stock turnover and foot traffic. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining premium visual standards, and creating an inspiring team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering elevated, personalised service.
• Inspire and guide a motivated sales team to exceed performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, styling, and visual presentation.
• Maintain high boutique standards and team engagement in a high-traffic setting.
• Drive sales, performance, and customer loyalty in a fashion-first environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail management or senior sales, ideally in premium or luxury brands.
• A passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable client experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive approach, with energy and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
