As the Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of it all, driving performance, motivating a high-energy team and making sure every customer leaves feeling like a VIP.
- A hands-on approach to leading and mentoring a team of up to 50
- Driving store targets and key KPI's
- Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising and commercial strategies are executed to the highest level
- Monitor and maintain loss prevention awareness and enforce safe store practices
About You:
- 5+ Years experience as a Store Manager, Multi-Site or Area Manager position within a medium-large format fast paced retail environment
- Confident managing large teams, navigating a multi-cultural, strong sales and management team and building a positive, high-performing culture
- You thrive in big spaces with big demands, keeping both the shop floor and back-of-house running like a well-oiled machine.
- Able to juggle priorities, drive productivity and keep every corner of a large-format store tight and tidy.
- Loves leading by example and from the front! Passionate about coaching teams in real time and creating standout shopping experiences.
- Not afraid to challenge the norm, make smart financial/commercial decisions and push the business forward with a fresh, strategic mindset.
