About the role:
  • Lead a team of 8-10.
  • Host VIP events for customers.
  • Assist the manager in team training 
  • Focusing on customer service and driving sales and KPI's.
  • Maintain all boutique visual merchandising standards.
  • Processing stock and deliveries
Experience needed:
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Solid understanding of Budgets, KPI's and business acumen
  • Exceptional level of customer service, knowledge of VIP clienteling
  • A high standard of personal presentation
