We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dynamic and highly experienced Retail Workforce Planning Analyst to embark on adventure and showcase their passion for travel through their global brand of apparel.

Base out of their Store Support office in the trendy location of South Melbourne, your primary purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of improved store labour processes to increase efficiencies, cost of doing business and productivity to support company strategies. 

Overseeing over 120 stores Globally, this role is responsible for the workforce optimisation system, tools and measurements that allow the business to analyse, model and report predetermined hours and labour with, whilst minimising costs and improving operating standards.       

Some of your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • Deliver store budgets that meet the operational/strategic goals and fit within the spend parameters agreed with Finance
  • Monitor labour usage across all levels regularly to ensure spend is in line with agreed LTS budgets
  • Manage WFS system and approve all works and changes to process and platform 
  • Contribute to all policy development related to labour spending in store (timekeeping policy, leave policy, hours of work overtime etc)
  • Ensure store management and sales advisor structures meet the operational requirements of the retail store network
  • Review and approve all store hiring requisitions
  • Manage quarterly incentives scheme for field teams and approve all payments 
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
  • Strong background in retail and or stores operation
  • Sound knowledge of process improvement methodologies, and legislative requirements regarding awards, rostering and employment agreements
  • Bachelor degree preferred but not essential 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong ability to plan and execute continuous improvement projects 
  • High level analytical skills 
  • Strong Excel skills - advanced level
