About the Role

Our Consultants roles are challenging! The business is fast paced and changes daily and you need to be responsive and resilient and able to adapt to meet the needs of our customer base. You will enjoy communicating with people at all levels and be motivated by helping match candidates to clients and filling what are often hard to fill vacancies. This role suits people with a strong history in sales and selling as well as being good at managing efficiently in a high volume work environment. In our role you work with regular clients and also look for new business and are totally responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process for the group of business that you manage. The role reports to the Agency Manager, Queensland.

Your Skills and Attributes
  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles in a high volume, consumer based environment AND/OR
  • MUST HAVE experience in Retail Management and passion for the retail environment in general and looking for a new challenge
  • Prior Recruitment Agency Experience as a Consultant or Account Manager preferable
  • Motivated by achieving budgets, goals and delivering results
  • Strong ability to communicate at all levels and develop relationships
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, there is a lot of phone and face to face communication in this role
  • Ability to work with clients to listen, understand needs and problem solve because you have been there!
  • Be innovative and able to suggest ideas and come up with initiatives to develop business
  • Enjoy networking and building relationships with people
